Track it as a habitThe page takes the time on your own device and measures how far it is through the year, the quarter, the month, the week and the day. A year is 365 days, or 366 in a leap year, so each day is about 0.27 percent of it.
Everything is measured on your clock, not a server's. Someone in Sydney is further through the year than someone in Los Angeles for most of a day, and each of them sees their own number.
Weekends left is usually the one that lands. Seventy-five percent of the year sounds abstract. Thirteen weekends sounds like a list of things you said you would do this year and a calendar that is running out.
Weekdays left counts Monday to Friday and does not remove public holidays, because those vary by country and region. Take off your own.
If you set a yearly goal, divide what is left of it by the weeks that are left. That is the weekly pace from here, which is more useful than the pace you should have kept since January. The reading goal calculator on this site does exactly that for books.
