Temperature is the odd one out
Length, weight, and volume all convert by multiplication, so doubling the input doubles the output. Temperature does not, because Celsius and Fahrenheit have different zero points as well as different step sizes.
This is why 0 degrees Celsius is 32 Fahrenheit rather than 0, and why you cannot convert a temperature difference the same way you convert a temperature. A rise of 10 Celsius is a rise of 18 Fahrenheit, not 50.
