One habit, one year, one page

This 2027 habit tracker printable puts all 365 days of one habit on a single landscape page. Each month is a row, each day is a box with its weekday letter, and the last column is for the month's total. Weekends are lightly shaded, and the days a month does not have, such as 30 February, are filled grey so every column is the same date all year.

Type the habit and an optional goal for the year, then print or save as a PDF. Print one sheet per habit. The 2028 calendar is there too, for anyone planning that far ahead.

Why a year on one page

A monthly tracker is better for the daily work: more habits, bigger boxes. A year view does a different job. It shows the shape of a habit over time: the January start, the week in March when it slipped, the summer that held. Patterns you would never see month to month, such as every first week of the month going badly, are easy to spot when the rows sit on top of each other.

If you want both, use this sheet for the one habit that matters most this year, and the monthly printable habit tracker for the rest.

Choosing the habit for 2027

A year is long. Pick a habit you can still do on a bad day, not one that only works when everything goes right. Three questions help:

  • Can I do the smallest version in five minutes? If not, shrink it.
  • Will I know, without thinking, whether today counts? "Walk 8,000 steps" is clear. "Be healthier" is not.
  • Does it fit every day, or only some? If only some, write which days on the sheet and leave the others blank on purpose.

Setting a goal you can keep

Every day of the year is a hard target, and one missed day makes it feel lost. A number of days is kinder and more useful: 250 or 300 days still adds up to a habit, and a miss costs one box, not the whole year. Write the number in the goal field and it prints next to the year.

Add up each row on the last day of the month. Twelve small totals tell you more than one big streak.

When paper is not enough

Paper is easy to start and easy to lose. BeHabitual's year view draws the same picture from your daily logs, for as many habits as you track, with rest days that do not break a run. Use whichever you will still be opening in July.

Use a yearly habit tracker

  1. Pick one habit

Choose the one habit that matters most for 2027 and type it in.

  2. Set a goal in days

For example 300 days. It prints next to the year.

  3. Print the sheet

Print it landscape or save it as a PDF. Print one sheet per habit.

  4. Fill a box each day you do it

Leave missed days empty rather than crossing them out.

  5. Total each month

On the last day of each month, count the row and write it in the Total column.

Questions people ask

Is this 2027 habit tracker free?

Yes. Print it or save it as a PDF as many times as you like. There is no sign-up and nothing you type is sent anywhere.

How many habits fit on the sheet?

One. A full year leaves room for one habit at a size you can tick with a pen. Print a sheet for each habit, or use the monthly printable habit tracker for several habits at once.

Does 2027 start on a Friday?

Yes. 1 January 2027 is a Friday, and 2027 is not a leap year, so February has 28 days. Each box on the sheet carries its weekday letter.

Can I print it on A4 or US Letter?

Either. The sheet prints on one landscape page. In the print dialog, choose your paper size and leave the scale at fit to page.

What should I do when I miss a day?

Leave the box empty and fill the next one you do. An empty box is part of the record. The monthly total shows how the month went better than any one missed day.

Start with three habits and one month.

You will know by the end of it whether this is the tracker that sticks. That is a shorter test than most things you have tried.
